Refund & Cancellation Policy
This comprehensive policy governs the terms for **refunds** and **cancellations** related to the purchase of all online educational products, courses, and subscription services provided by **Unique Digital Academy**.
Important Notice: As our courses provide immediate, full, and irrevocable access to digital content (video lectures, e-books, tests, etc.), our policy is designed to protect the value of our intellectual property.
1. Policy on Digital Course Fees
All payments made for the purchase of any course or subscription on the Unique Digital Academy platform are generally **non-refundable** and **non-transferable**.
By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees that they have received and accepted the service in full, subject only to the specific, limited exceptions detailed in Section 2.
2. Exceptions for Approved Refunds
A refund request will only be considered and approved under the following strictly defined circumstances:
- **Duplicate Payment:** If you have been charged twice for the exact same course or service due to a payment gateway error. The excess, redundant amount will be refunded entirely upon verification of both transactions.
- **Unresolvable Technical Failure:** If a verifiable technical fault, **directly attributable to our platform**, prevents you from accessing the course materials, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within **7 business days** of receiving your initial report. The issue must be documented with screenshots or video evidence.
- **Non-Enrollment (Critical):** If, after payment confirmation, the purchased course has not been assigned to your student account within 48 hours, and no access credentials have been provided.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund will be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind, lack of time, or personal circumstances (e.g., job change, health issues).
- Inability to complete the course within the access period.
- Dissatisfaction with the content, if samples or outlines were available before purchase.
- Non-utilization of the course material or failure to pass an associated examination.
- Issues arising from the user's internet connection, device incompatibility (unless stated otherwise in course requirements), or personal computer setup.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy
This section applies specifically to monthly or annual subscription models:
- **Cancellation of Renewal:** Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation must be managed through your student account dashboard before the next scheduled billing date.
- **No Pro-Rata Refund:** Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current prepaid period. Access to the subscription content will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
5. Request Submission and Contact
To initiate a review for an exceptional refund:
- Submit a detailed email to **info.uda@gmail.com**.
- Include your **Full Name**, **Registered Email/Phone Number**, **Transaction ID**, and the **Date of Purchase**.
- Clearly explain the reason for the refund request, referencing the applicable exception in Section 2, and attach all supporting documents (e.g., error screenshots).
Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Unique Digital Academy management and are final.
